Practising holistically means addressing each of these issues to get to the root of your cause. Clare is, however, first-and-foremost, a nutritionist, and will therefore refer you to another specialist practitioner if your needs detour from her scope of practice. Clare is comfortable and happy to work alongside your other healthcare professionals to foster the best results for you.
FOOD FIRST.
As a nutritionist, Clare will always focus on food first to help you reach your health goals, rather than depending heavily on supplements. If Clare recognises that a supplement may be beneficial to you, she will explain her reasons and discuss your options with you.
