Loop Nutrition believes that feeling your best is the product of a number of interwoven lifestyle factors, including sleep, stress levels, physical activity, and nutrition. Practising holistically means addressing each of these issues to get to the root of your cause.
Clare is, however, first-and-foremost, a nutritionist, and will therefore refer you to another specialist practitioner if your needs detour from her scope of practice. Clare is comfortable and happy to work alongside your other healthcare professionals to foster the best results for you.
